What to do
in the rain?

As elsewhere, one cannot count for good weather all the time in Normandy. Visiting Rouen you can enjoy a stay over, despite a few drops of rain. Here are some ideas of discoveries in the Norman capital under the clouds.

Museums
to discover

You open the window and the sky is grey? Don’t panic, the city center of Rouen offers numerous museums to explore alone, with family or with friends. Consider the permanent collections of the Museum of Fine Arts, the Fauna and Flora of the Natural History Museum, or the gems of the Wrought Iron Works Museum and the Museum of Antiquities.
The Panorama XXL or the Joan of Arc History Museum allows you to browse the halls of these unavoidable points of interest and history, and whilst there take one of their many guided tours.

A few minutes from Rouen, discover the Matmut Centre of Art in Saint-Pierre de Varengeville or the II WWW Museum August 44, in Duclair where you will discover another facade of the Valley of the Seine.
