Due to the COVID-19 epidemic and in accordance with instructions from the Government’s action plan, Rouen Normandy Tourism & Congress is taking the following measures until further notice:
• The Rouen and Jumièges reception offices are closed to the public.
• All guided tours, cruises, courses and workshops are cancelled and can be transferred to another date over the next 18 months where possible.
• The exchange office located in the Tourist Office is closed. The Rouen Change, located at 36 rue du Bac office, is open by appointment only (02 32 18 60 15).
For any information, a permanence is assured from Monday to Friday from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m:
